1, We start your order's design after receipt of the down payment;
2, We start cutting and sewing after receipt of your confirmation on our designs if need;
3, We e-mail you the products’ digital photos for your confirmation, or you can check quality in our factory once the inflatables finished;
4, We book the shipment after receipt of your conformation and balance payment.
5, It is after-sales service for you.
